About Attorney Mark Fung

Based in New York City, Dr. Mark Fung is a practicing attorney with more than 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate law. He manages a private practice in the Seagram Building at 375 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, DC. He also is admitted to practice before several courts, including the US Supreme Court and the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to launching his private practice, Dr. Mark Fung served as general counsel of an infrastructure investment fund in Beijing and an infrastructure holding company in Hong Kong. He also functioned as chief China researcher to Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski in Washington, DC.

Dr. Mark Fung attended New York University, where he earned a bachelor of arts in politics. He then received his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School and attended Johns Hopkins University, graduating with both a masters of arts and a PhD. He also completed postdoctoral training at Harvard University Fairbank Center and became a fellow with the Harvard University Asia Center.
